[Abstract]

Objective To detect the expression of survivin and VEGF in colorectal cancer (CRC), and to evaluate the relationship between their expression and clinicopathologocal parameters, which will provide theoretical basis for the carcinogenesis, development, evaluation and therapy of colorectal cancer. Methods Immuno-histochemical technique was used to detect the expression of survivin and VEGF protein in 60 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 30 cases of adjacent tissues, then to analysis the relationship between the expression and clinicopathological parameters.
